Gail Louise Turner has been a community radio presenter for several years. Initially her chosen specialist subject is all things 80s and 90s, especially music, film and children's TV.

Over the years Gail's interests have evolved and through her own personal development journey she has realised a passion for helping other people.

Helping Hands is a podcast that showcases the work of those in our community born to help: the therapists, the teachers, the the healthcare workers, the nutritionist, anyone that lends a helping hand to others to get them through their challenges.

My Spotify playlist depicts my life story through my love of History, Television, Kids television and 80s and 90s music by listening to music and Television it makes me smile and distracts me from life challenges and lessons. A particular favourite kids TV themes was the Theme to the Raccoons reminds me of Saturday morning kids TV Going live and the song Call me by Go west reminds me of going to an 80s weekend last year and seeing Go west performing life fantastic memories.

Nantwich Buddies is a volunteer organisation set up at the start of the pandemic in March 2020. Formerly known as RedShift Radio, the online community radio station and podcast network closed during lockdown and Buddies ramped up their support of the community. Helping with shopping, befriending and supporting the mental health of Nantwich residents.
